Forms and email
If Google Forms are enabled, submissions may be processed and stored by Google services controlled by Foison. If email forms are used, submitted details are placed into an email message addressed to contact-web@foisonllc.com.
Venture submissions
Technology product evaluation materials and venture inquiries should not include trade secrets or highly sensitive information unless there is a separate written agreement in place.
No sale of opt-in data
Foison does not sell SMS opt-in information. SMS consent records are used to verify consent, support follow-up, and process opt-out requests.

Text-message consent is optional.
Foison may offer separate optional SMS consent for tenant/property communication and for business inquiry follow-up. You can submit forms without agreeing to texts.
Business inquiry messages

Rates and control
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
